I was redirected from Costco auto services, My high confidence with Costco is what prompted me to give them a try, unfortunately they did not meet my expectation, I will not go back.

Free state Auto & Truck Service is a great place for your auto repairs. The young ladies in the front office are very friendly and professional. The cost of repairs are reasonable compared to other repair shops that I have considered. I would highly recommend Free State for your auto repairs. Thank you all for your great service.

This is the WORST place you can take your car. I dropped my car off at 10:30AM to get a diagnostic. Initially, one of the staff - Sandy (blonde hair) - was dismissive when called on the phone and I explained to her I had received diagnostic codes from a repair shop already. She insisted they do a separate diagnostic for $145. Reluctantly, I agreed. When I went up to the shop, Sandy had the same dismissive tone choosing to answer a phone call while another staff ignored me as I was standing at the desk. I still dropped my car off anyway, despite my better judgement. When I called them back at 2:30pm to ask for a status check. Sandy told me - "do not to call her to check on my car, she would call me. she "thought she had told me that." Since a "Service Engine Soon" light is serious, I did not confront her. I called back at 4:30pm and my car was still not ready. At this time, Michelle answered, and did not have any information about my car and said "Sandy" was not at her desk. She did finally admit they had 55 cars in front of mine. I asked for my car back. She refused to return my car, stating that my car was on a lift and they had taken my wheels off. Let me repeat: they took the wheels off my car to pull diagnostic codes. I asked to speak to the manager. She then told me the managers - Brandy and Sandy - had left (at 4:45pm) though earlier she said they were away from the desk. Michelle also said owner was not available and now she was in charge and not returning my car or putting my wheels back onto my vehicle. I had to get my stepfather - mechanic for 28 years - to inform her that it is illegal to hold my car. And, ultimately, I had to call the police since these actions are illegal. The police agreed. Though I am still not sure what the mechanic - Hugo - found. The Front Desk at this place is beyond nasty, nor are they transparent, they are demeaning, and rude. They will hold your car hostage without consent. Do not trust them. Do not fall for the BBB or AAA signage they have outside.

I had a great experience from the beginning to end. The diagnostic inspection was timely and was the most detailed and thorough I’ve ever seen! It was extremely helpful that they included photos of all the issues in the report. Brandy was my point of contact and she was excellent throughout the entire experience. She was patient, provided me with explanations, options and daily updates. And although I decided not to get the repairs done (because I had a significant amount of suspension damage), Freestate will be my go to option for any future auto repair work needed.

No they don't I believe
No. Cars are $94.00 +.
They do. Had two of my cars done there about 3 weeks ago. Call and make an appointment though. They have specific techs that do it and all employees have a work schedule
