This place has gone down hill and the person in the office she's rude and try to call you a liar when you make a report for maintenance I'm looking to move and will not be here next year these people are rude and I'm tired if it it's mostly blacks out here so I believe she is showing sign of rcs don't answer phones or call back when you leave messages the management is very rude and I been here 7 years it was beautiful in the beginning when Hope was here

Cathy is so rude. She does not return phone calls or respond to other messages. Customer service is terrible. She yells at renters or does not respond when help is needed. Complaints must be filed. Multiple people have experienced this. Terrible.
