(B-) :The wait was long, the food was ok, but a lot of sweet sauce on almost everything. They have one whole fish on the menu and they were out (6:45pm!!) Poor inventory management? I liked the Black Cod, although (very small though like 1 oz maybe?) it would have been much better without the sweet sauce covering it up, I scraped it off and it was smooth and buttery. The mac & cheese in the Hamburg Bento box was awful. The"Hamburg" Near was more like meatball meat and seemed like boiled or baked or maybe sous vide meat, I'll pass on it next time. The Dicon salad was refreshing.

Omg. This place is amazing. The quality of the food is fantastic. I had the miso cod bento box and it was so buttery and flaky. I also had a blue crab hand roll and it melted in my mouth. For desert, we shared the Matcha! Matcha!! Matcha!!! It's a matcha soufflé with matcha cream and a scoop of matcha ice cream. I was in heaven! I was only sad because we shared it and I wanted the whole thing to myself. The desert portions are small so make sure you save room.

Very good food, excellent service. One of the few places that serve authentic Japan. Waygu sushi, an angus option, omakase, and a plethora of udons and ramen. Unfortunately, they're conformists and still require proof of vax.

First time omakase experience here and it was delish! Pricey but was worth it. Too bad I went during covid so you weren’t able to sit near the chefs and interact with them. The Mio sparkling sake was really nice as well.
