Jim was an awesome sales guy! Very straightforward and just fun to hang out with while test driving the Santa Cruz. I would definitely recommend Jim and Morrie's.

Complete dumpster fire of a company. We live in Duluth. We test-drove a vehicle and told them we'd take it. We worked out our financing with our bank, got a check and had the paperwork processing with Morrie's. As we're getting ready to hit the road to deliver them payment, they called us and told us they'd sold the vehicle. They told us they'd hold it. They told us it was ours. We went through the process of credit approval and getting a check cut from our bank. Then they sold it and showed no remorse. This company is complete garbage. Buyer beware. Calling out their employees: We worked with Cezzane (sp?) in sales and Peter, their Genereal Sales Manager. Complete garbage service. I'd take a backroad to avoid driving in the vicinity of this dumpster fire.

Absolutely trash of a company! Went and test drove a vehicle last Friday. Was going to drive 2.5 hours today and go pick up the car and JUST before I was about to hit the road to go get it they sold it out from under me. Show no remorse after I went through all the trouble to get financing all set up. Horrible horrible horrible place! Do not go there!!! Customer service is not their priority!

can we not make a ridiculous amount of noise at 3am when you’re surrounded by residential apartments? i will never buy a hyundai because there is no consideration for your neighbors what so ever

Is the sticker price the "final" price or do they negotiate?

I think there is always room for negotiation, it isn't unheard of

i took my hyundai 2007 tucson in on a recall. gas tank and other the gas gage worked now it does not and they want to charge me to look or fix it a good to do worked. i would better off not doing the recall. i would not bring the car back.

The team there is awesome and sounds like a rare case, talk to them and communicate with them I'm sure they will find a resolution.
