The staff at Hoigaards are outstanding! Walked thru their front doors and received a very cheerful welcome! Then greeted by a tech that remembered me from the week before, he got me set up with new boots then contacted the fitting tech who worked thru his lunch, over 2 hours to make sure I was happy with my new boots. Amazing bunch of people you sure treated me right that day! Thank you so much!

Great place to go to for services on your skis and bikes and the staff has always been very helpful and knowledgeable -much more so than with more generalized sporting good stores. It's unfortunate that vindictive people rate a business poorly based on their refusal to wear a piece of fabric on their face

For a boutique ski outfitter they do not offer what they should, great service from friendly people. Went in to update old gear for a trip. No one offered to help with anything at anytime. Staff was annoyed when asked a question. Smug. May as well go to REI or online.

They had a pair of size 15 alpine boots with the right amount of flex at a great price. That never happens. In addition, the folks who helped me out were very friendly and knowledgeable.
