Thermoforming is a common term used to describe a series of processes under temperature and pressure to create plastic parts from a flat sheet of plastic. A plastic sheet is heated to a temperature of pliable formation, molded in a mold to a specific shape, and trimmed to produce a functional material. The product is reused and regrounded.
