Head over heels for this park. Gorgeous trails, multiple parking and entrance opportunities. Observe the leash rules. Water access and areas to slide your small boat into the river for a paddle. Land your kayak along the edge of the Willamette River where it meets the Santiam, pitch a tent and camp at the boat-in campsite.

Love this beautiful place. Meet a friend for a photo shoot and it was great! The dogs loved it also. Nice little walk.

We always enjoy taking our dogs there for a walk. Missed seeing the turtles sitting on the log at the north end of the lake...we always just call the place 'The Turtle Pond" for short. They have always provided a log for the turtles to climb up on at the north end of the lake... not sure if they're working on that?

Pathway is rock. It's easy to walk but would be difficult for wheelchair accessibility. There is one picnic table at the south access.

I agree with David
ODFW stocks the small(main) pond with trout throughout the year. There is a larger pond that's a little bit more difficult to access to the NE of the smaller main pond that looks like bass would like to be.
Yes. David Nash is mistaken. I've hunted deer and ducks their before. Ducks are probably best in south section.
