Love this store, but customer service is not up to par. I would have expected better service for the prices. I’m giving a 4 star because I’ve had good experiences, but I witnessed customers leaving because they weren’t offered assistance.

Great store with even better staff! I went in to Pottery Barn last week with my mother to help her order a couch. Elle was super helpful, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the process so smooth and easy, and my mother was able to order the perfect custom couch. Then, when the couch went on sale the following week, Elle was able to follow up with my mom and give her a price adjustment. We could not have asked for a better experience, thank you so much Elle!

Beautiful store but spent 30 minutes walking around with no one greeting us. The two sales people never looked up from their computer once. Wife decided to go Crate and Barrel and get a table there instead.

Friendly, helpful designers & staff. They don't work on commission. Julie Hanson helped me with fabric & colors and showed me 2 nice, small recliners for my small apartment.
