Got my pellets myself this year no problems at all was quick and easy, only issue I could foresee was nails on the driveway to get your truck loaded, I ended up stopping and moving a board with a nail in it but other than that all was good!

Avoid these at all cost......period. I bought 5 pallets of these pellets and while they are at best..average burning...out of 250 bags in the 5 pallets i bought over 90% and I mean 90% were soaking wet in every top corner. The reason is that every single bag had holes where their heat sealing roller over heated the seam and melted holes in every single bag. I am talking about opening a sealed pallet still shrink wrapped and I had to throw out the top 20% of the bag as it was wet. How every bag is wet when it is under wraps I don't know but it ALL DUE TO POOR MANUFATURING PRACTICE. I informed the dealer and he in turn informed the manufacturer but never did they reach out to me. I honestly wasted about 600 lbs of pellets and these crackerheads don't even care. That is absolutely unacceptable when it is entirely their manufacturing process that cause this waste. None of this is an exaggeration...I have had to take hundreds of pounds of wasted wet pellet slop to the dump over the past 5 months. Absolute junk...and absolutely a company that could care less. Look at the pics included...clearly melted by their heat sealing, but they don't care. This is bag after bag like this.
