As I walked in, very politely greeted by John. I was looking for some specific size of lumber. He used his CB intercom to let staff in yard guide me to the specific location to where the materials located. Everyone in the yard was very helpful, no sales pressure. Gave me all options to choose from. Directed back to office to provide me with a formal quote on two price points. This is when I met Greg Scott, this gentleman was full of knowledge and experience. From the sketch, down right to the bolts nuts, drill bit size, fantastic. Best part, I was recommended by a Home Depot employee to go the American lumber. I cannot say enough. Thank you so so much.

I was looking for an odd piece of lumber for my truck (1 inch thick by 7 inches wide and 52 inches long) I was struggling to find anything that would work at the big box stores, but American Lumber was able to help me out. While they didn't carry a piece of lumber with exactly those dimensions (idk if anyone does) they were able to mill it for me at a very reasonable price. The man working the mill was very helpful and nice and made sure that the lumber fitted where I needed it to fit before I left. I will definitely come back again for future lumber needs!
