Great selection. Straightforward, honest assistance. Bought a large slab of Ash, 22” x 1.5” x 9’ - they not only cut it in half for my project (and to get it in the car). They even planed it very, very smooth for a nominal charge ($30 or so). This saved me hours of sanding - well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next project.

Forest products is a luthier's dream! The guitar in the picture features beautiful Sapele, blood wood, and ebony that are great quality at very affordable prices. I've also made beautiful bed frames from cherry, hickory, and maple at prices that can't be beat. Best of all, Sue and Chuck are the most knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people whether you buy one board or a hundred. I can't say enough about this gem of place tucked in the woods of northern mass. Thanks! Brian.
