Staples not a bad place They have very good items technicians there are very good They can maintain your computer very well I know I took Minds there. Before I did I was going to throw It away but that technician save my computer. Am very grateful, Because Then I didn't have to buy another one.

This store has a contract with Soda Stream company to sell and exchange CO2 cylinders for use with Soda Stream products. They now refuse to exchange the cylinders. They will only sell new ones for double the price. The sales clerk told me the policy was permanent, not temporary due to COVID-19. This is a violation of their agreement with Soda Stream and Staples customers. It is typical of Staples' arrogant and deceptive customer service. I am in touch with Soda Stream Company about Staples' breach of their contract.

Every time I go to Staples. I always have good experience. It's welcoming atmosphere and I'm always happy to go back. It reminds me of the Staples back home in Springfield MA. They really go out their way for you. I didn't get the woman named who helped me in copy area. She helped me with faxing. I had my twenty-three month old daughter in strollers. An she was the kindness and most patience staff member . I don't have any problem with spending my money at Staples that day I paid twelve dollars in faxed papers. I know it slot but when you have great service sometimes it just worth it.
