It's NOT because of what Me. Steve Winans said. It was because of one lady whose house she was living in because one of the 10 people in that house was careless with a cigarette. She was homeless for 2 years after that incident and so she made up her mind to camp on the Town Common and the other homeless followed. I get why they were there to bring more attention to their plight. But, it was an eyesore and some of the homeless were not listing to what they needed to do. They were throwing used needles into the street they run the grass so some people just had enough and they were finally removed and now there are signs saying that you cannot Camp there. The new Mary Roxanne way to Gardner as far as I know is doing the very best you can to run the city better than Mara Martin has which is when this incident occurred under his leadership or lack of leadership she's doing a good job and we can all try to help somebody who is homeless even if it's just being there to listen to their story.
