Today I walked into this computer repair store and became completely convinced. One gentleman who assisted me was very nice. My laptop would not do a system restore. I updated the laptop online a month ago. Much to my surprise shortly after the update was complete the laptop would not function. In fact I received an error message from the laptop that stated that I needed to install the reset disc. Thank God that this gentleman corrected the makers of this laptop and told me that I needed a brand new "Hard drive" He was so amazing because all that he had to do to come to that conclusion was to listen to the bottom of my laptop and within 1 minute was able to tell me that my information was all wrong and that he would only charge me $200 to fix my laptop. Of course I told him that I did not have the money until next month so he offered me $40 for my laptop. What a sweet man!
