I relocated to the PNW from San Diego in April 2021. My living situation got a little complicated upon arrival. So finding a place to live in a short time frame was stressful enough as it is. I found Sterling Heights and Kat showed me the property and I quickly felt as easy within a gated community so I applied and got approved and was able to move within 24 hours. Finding a nice yet safe place was top priority as I was going back to pick up my daughter to bring her back to her new home. We lived at our previous unit for 6 months before transferring into a two bedroom in December 2021. I’ve had to call maintenance several times and their always super nice and respectful and prompt to respond. I have nothing but the upmost respect for Kat and DaShon. They have made living here a breeze. Are they professional? Absolutely. But more importantly they are human and you can communicate with them as such. I absolutely adore both of them. I have never met someone in a leasing position with such humility and a humble attitude who connect with you and don’t change after you’ve signed your lease. Honestly I’ll continue to live here just because of them. Thanks so much to the both of you ☺️

Best place in Vancouver to live BY FAR. Management is exceptional and gets every one of my needs met AND THE 24 hour maintenance is one of the greatest parts. They are Always on top of getting projects done. The best part for me is how Kevin answers the phones so quick and keeps conversations entertaining and exciting while professional, I look forward to hearing his voice when I call the office. Also, I never have to worry about being a burden to management because they take every concern seriously and really work around schedules to cater to the tenants. I’m Thoroughly impressed with how the team has focused there work on making a comfortable living environment for us. 10/10 would recommend.

This has to be one of the worst overpriced places I have ever inhabited. Lacking on cleaning up around the property among over pricing on extra charge fees. Just take a look at what I get to wake up to every morning. If you like gross trash all over your property then this is the place for you.

Sterling Heights is an AMAZING HOME! Beautiful complex, stunning area and perfectly located near everything! The amenities are fantastic, pool, spa, gym, dog areas + they have something called trash valet. You're given a specific trash/recycling bin to put in front of your door 5-days a week and they pick up your trash and recycling! Plus, when you move-in they pick up all your cardboard boxes. Never have to make trips to the trash again, truly a fantastic service. They have a digital package concierge, that's easy to use + you can pick up your deliveries 24/7 outside of the office hours. You can easily pay rent online with a debit or credit card. You can also easily submit maintenance requests online, I did 2 requests and the maintenance guys came within 15mins and fixed everything. The front office staff is completely amazing!!! They're all soo helpful, soo sweet and go above and beyond! Sayomi made the moving-in process easy and pleasant! Shopping centers are 3mins away, Portland is 15mins away and there are endless food delivery options. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, I'm on the 3rd floor w/ the spiral staircase loft w/ a view of Portland. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. I haven't seen 1 bug, not 1 ant, nothing! I've lived in California my whole life and 12 years in Los Angeles, Sterling Heights is a dream compared to California apartments! This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you Sterling Heights for being an amazing new home! I LOVE IT HERE!!! ***UPDATE on 12/4/2020 -- 2 years+ after the initial review*** This is will be the last lease I will sign with Sterling Heights. Since COVID started in 2020 this complex has made a turn for the worse. Constant cigarette smoke, and loud kids constantly screaming and yelling outside. This place has turned into a skate park for these kids which is dangerous for people driving cars to and from their home. No longer the quiet, peaceful home we once knew. However, the front office staff are still just as AMAZING! Unfortunately, the people that live here no longer follow any of their lease rules. Sigh.
