I called this Friday to see about transferring my meds prescriptions here using RX discount card, they said it wouldn't be a problem, call back I got a total different story he told me I was going to have to do all kinds of stuff to make it happen not what they told me before, so now I'm going back to Fred Meyers these people are grumpy and unprofessional I recommend you go somewhere else

Scheduled my 2nd Covid vaccination dose, only to show up and be told I couldn't get it for another X weeks. Quickly Googled the time between doses to find I could indeed get it. Didn't matter. Mind you, the website won't let you schedule an appointment until you can get it. I called a another Rite Aid to verify the time between 1st and 2nd doses and was told "6 months". Went to a competing store chain and had no problems.

The pharmacy claims they do not do covid-19 test but the automated call system say " that you can be tested at All rite aid locations"

If I could leave 0 stars i would! These folks are more than incompetent they're rude, take hours on end to fill scripts that are called in by docs. I was at this location today to pick up a script I've been on for 6 years and they wouldn't let me have my medication because for some reason it said it was a new prescription and the pharmacist was on lunch. I left without my meds and they created another trip for me once again! I'm transferring to the one down the street...God please be a little better!!
