Store is okay, but there is a certain guy in the pharmacy, he knows who he is. He acts like you're interrupting him from working on the cure to cancer. Everything is exasperating to him. He's rude to fellow employees, the store's customers, and people on the phone. The only reason (I'm guessing) that he's still employed is that its hard to find people to sweep floors, much less fill prescriptions. I'd say go to Tigard Fred Meyer but, they went down hill fast after the remodel. Have zero issues with anything else in the store, but this guy alone is the reason why I'm changing to a different pharmacy.

Walgreens is so ridiculous. No service no help. They have no joke people who are disabled who are supposed to help you if you have problems. No, I’m understanding of disabled. But don’t put them in charge of something that they can’t do or help you with. Manager had nothing to say. Beauty consultant no help at all and was rude. Worst wall greens ever zero star rating. No joke a job that you don’t even need to graduate high school suddenly turned into must have a master degrees to run a store. All employees need to be replaced. Store shut down so ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here

Pharmacy is not really helpful. I dropped off a prescription for a friend who had just gotten out of surgery. The prescription was not in my name, and the young pharmacist said that they would not contact me to pick it up because of rules. OK, "so, how can I find out if is ready for pickup. The patient will be sleeping off the anesthetic, and won't be able to hear his phone ring." Pharmacist says, "Oh, we'll text him." Same problem - he won't be able to respond to his phone. I need a solution. I don't want to argue. I know there are rules. Finally, the young pharmacist says, "You can call or stop in to see if it's ready." OK! There's a solution.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. Every time I come in I'm presented with kindness both in the pharmacy, and on the floor. The people work hard to ensure that your needs are met, and you walk away satisfied in every way. The pharmacists, and those who work there are unbelievably helpful if you are ever confused about your medications. I don't think well of corporations, and their policies, but the people of this store serve as a great example of what good customer service should look like.

I am personally not in need of crutches, so I don't have an answer for that. I am sure that a simple phone call to the store location would be of much greater help to answer such, without a doubt.
Shingrx is in short supply. You should call the store. I expect they will ask you to come in to fill out paperwork and get on the back order list. You may need a perscription for it it to be covered by your insurance, assuming it is on your insurance's formulary. It is quite expensive and requires two vaccinations.
