It's a great little park with a few nice fields, fun playground, pond with ducks and fish, and great places for kids to ride bikes around it. In the summer there's a pretty rose garden as well.

Very nice park. Very clean & quiet. It would be great if the playground were in the middle of the park instead of being off to the side.

Questions & Answers

We want to come out to see the Xmas lights this weekend. Will the restrooms be open on Sunday evening or can we count on a port-a-pottie to be available and where is it located.

Restrooms likely wont be open on Sunday and I don't think there are port a potties nearby, you may want to plan a lunch place downtown and aim to use their bathrooms instead.

At what time do they turn the xmas lights on? And are the xmas lights on the bridge working now?

Yes the lights are on and usually after sunset.

Yes in the area of the park towards main st. There is bathrooms, changing rooms and showers (there is a pool, I do not knew if you. need to be an member. There was a playground but don't recall it well , I have no small children.
