I cannot say enough good things about this dealership! From the moment I walked in they were there to help me. They worked directly with my credit union to make sure I got the best rate possible on my vehicle. Everyone from the receptionist, salesperson (Amanda - she was awesome!) to the finance manager we’re incredible and there to help - not exploit. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a tremendous customer experience and deal! 10/10!

We have been buying vehicles from and having them serviced at Rowe Auburn for 20+ years and have always been satisfied that the work would be quality and that they have our backs in terms of keeping our vehicles in shape. We always buy used vehicles so they need more frequent service then newer ones. We were so happy with Rowe that we were willing to pay more than at our local garages because we felt that it was worth it just to be sure of great service. We don't know what exactly is happening, maybe COVID, but at this last service call the place was almost unrecognizable. They moved the Hyundai service rep into a cubicle set in the middle of what was the waiting area, which is weird. We had brought our car to be serviced because of some noise, which necessitated removing the steering wheel to fix. We noticed after we picked it up that the steering wheel was off center by about 20 degrees. How that wasn't noticed we can't figure. So we took it back to have that looked at but they failed to acknowledge that it was a direct result of the (anti) service call previously and said they would charge us to diagnose and fix the problem, which is crazy and we declined. While it was there we needed to get an inspection and was told that the brakes needed work to pass inspection, so we gave the go ahead. The next day, after driving around town, I figured out that the burning smell was coming from one of our back wheels, specifically the brakes. At this point we are unwilling to return to Rowe, and we took the car to another dealer who shows us that the pad and disc had destroyed themselves (which we have in case anyone cares to check). We will not deal with Rowe again and so we had to pay an additional $500 to re do the work that Rowe botched up. Needless to say, this is the end of our long and happy relationship with Rowe Ford

I'm a returning customer and the service was excellent! Justin (sales rep) was great with no pressure and accommodating. Eric (sales manager) was also great in making the transition from my 2 previous purchases very easy. These guys are reasonable with prices and go the extra mile to help accommodate you.

I had the best experience with Chris rose when buying my new car. he handled everything vary professionally. showed me everything I needed to know about how to work my new car. even helped me purchase floor matts from the service department. it took some time to get things together on my end and even so I never felt rushed or pressured. I recommend Chris to all who want to have a fantastic car buying experience. Rowe truly has a gem on the sales floor. thank you Chris!!

Questions & Answers

Can I get new key to my Mercury mountaineer?

Rowe Auburn | Aug 19, 2019

Hi Wendy. The answer is yes, but you will need a copy of the motor vehicle registration. As long as your name is on the registration and you bring it in with you along with a valid driver’s license with your picture on it, they can cut you a new key. If the key has a computer chip in it, it will have to be programmed in order to start the engine.

They do have loaner vehicles however they are reserved first for multi day recalls and warranty repairs because they receive payment for the use of the loaners. You can request one when making an appointment but it may not be available.
