I had a great experience purchasing a new pickup from Darlings Brunswick Ford. Product knowledge was good, but could be improved. My sales person had a good understanding of the basics, but some of the trim levels and options required follow-up research. They honored the price of the vehicle from the time I placed the order, even though Ford increased the price. So happy to have dealt with a team with high integrity. Delivery was fast, and I was out of the dealership with my new ride in record time after I explained some time constraints. Overall, a great purchase experience and would recommend Darlings to family and friends.

Emailed at 8:15am to verify a truck was available. Within the hour had someone calling me to set up time. Dealt with Sam Putnam he was great, very personable and knowledgeable. No pressure selling, financing was straight forward, everyone was extremely nice. I'd highly recommend this dealer!

BEST customer service I've ever had at a dealership. Brought my fleet car in, had an issue, they communicated well throughout the process. Picked it up after initial repairs, had air in the coolant system, they met me out in the parking lot immediately to diagnose my issue, put it on a scanner, make adjustments, test drove it and gave it back.
