Website and app inventory is constantly (almost guaranteed) wrong. 4th time going for a specific item only to find the shelf empty. If you can find an associate, they can't find it either. Just goto home Depot.

Store itself is fine just somehow the appliance delivery system they have is riddled with holes. You end up talking to 15 people about 1 charge that "can't" get removed and yet the removal of a charge on a credit account is pretty straight forward IF you know how to do it. But the game if phone tag to get to that point 2 weeks after the appliance was delivered is rather disappointing. The staff is always helpful but from my experience not given the right training in the right order to help customers who will inevitably try to buy something with no tag on it. Buy a couple of tools and you're in for smooth sailing, but a plant with no price tag or order a washer or dryer or fridge or what have you and expect rough seas.

Love Lowe's in Brunswick,ME. My first 'go to' place for paint and other items (garden,kitchen etc. ). It is clean,well organized,the staff are helpful and accommodating. I have shopped at Lowe's in multiple places across the country( Montana,Idaho,Florida,etc). It has consistently been a great experience.

Save yourself the heartache. We purchased a new dryer with Lowes, at the time, everything was out of stock. We waited three weeks for our dryer to come in, once unloaded, the driver (from a 3rd party company) noted our coil was too short for the dryer placement. They proceeded to move the dryer and we had to go to the store and buy new, longer coil. After three phone calls to the delivery company, we finally got them to come back within an hour, the dryer coil fell out of the exhaust. Once again, we had to call them to come back, thankfully it was a new installation man that was very helpful. We've had no problems since. Fast forward to needing a new washer, I placed the order over the phone because ours broke nearing Lowe's closing time. It was backordered, so we placed the order and waited the three weeks till it came in. The associate that helped me was Gina, and she was wonderful. Our washer came in early and Gina asked if we wanted to bump up the delivery date, to which we said "of course." Now comes the date that our washer is being delivered. The two men show up and get the washer unloaded, then tells my partner that they cant install it because "we don't have new hoses." I quickly pulled up the order on my phone and sent it. We purchased hoses for $40, and should have been delivered with the machine. I made numerous phone calls over a 2 hour span of time, because no one could tell me when they would be back to set up my washer. I was able to get a hold of Gina, thankfully she was able to talk me through what happened and provided the best customer service over anyone I had talked to within the past three weeks. Long story short, don't go to Lowe's expecting a price match because they have many fine print rules. Make sure all parties involved know what they should be giving/receiving with orders. We will not be back to this Lowe's.
