The gents that work here are always nice and helpful. They know their products and suggest good alternatives if my favorite is out of stock. Since moving last year it's a longer trip but worth it for the excellent customer service and familiarity. Loyalty to businesses that treat their customers well is paramount for me. They certainly deserve an increase in pay considering the employees are the reason I keep coming back.

Incredible store. Staff was VERY knowledgeable on everything, and great giving recommendations. Very wide selection of mods and liquids. I will go back to them every time. Update: Not sure when I first posted a review, but it hasn't changed. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff, good selection of mods, parts, and a great selection of juice to choose from

This is the only ecig shop I will visit. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and super helpful! This is the only ecig shop where I haven't been talked down to, harassed or insulted. A heads up for people with allergies, they do have 2 cats that live in the shop. They're super friendly but obviously if you're allergic that's something to be aware of.
