We are Computer networking company providing computer and network services for small businesses in Vancouver Washington. We are doing business 15+ years, and never have had any problems with other clients and businesses paying for our services. We got a call from one of the agents from Autumn Chase Leasing Office to fix their computer problem. So, we sent out our technician to Autumn Chase Leasing Office on March the 3rd at 9:00AM. The technician was successfully finished a job, and was told to send them an Invoice from USLinkPro. The lady said when they received an Invoice they will send a check of $150 to our company which they NEVER DID! The manager from our company called every week, multiple times making sure they received an Invoice, and send a check to us. Every time we called to Autumn Chase Leasing Office, they acknowledged, that they received an invoice, and they will definitely send a check to us right away, but they never did! The lady one of their agents named Brittany was very nice, and sorry that it happened, she promised to us that she will talk to her manager responsible for sending checks, and the manager will definitely sent a check to us right away this time. It has been already three month, and we never got a check since! This has been such a hustle! We have never had such a BAD experience before! Not paying for our services giving to Autumn Chase Apartments? This is UNTHINKABLE! Just so LOW and UNPROFESSIONAL! Beware! Our Company will never work with Autumn Chase Apartments ever again!

Maintenance request for a non-operational washing machine and microwave hood. “Understaffed and requests are answered in order of importance”. 2 months later without a peep I began to wonder who’s important? The experience that is worth 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Is absolutely directed to only Wyatt and the maintence team. I approached maintenance one sunny Saturday afternoon directly about how long it had been that my apartment put in a maintenance request for 2 non operational major appliances. You know what my issue was resolved within 1 weeks time. How: That was not only total great but the fact that I got a personal promise from Wyatt himself that this issue would be resolved in a timely manner was hopeful. Then when he followed through so many of my stressors melted away. My apartment had been without a washing machine for over 2 months, and the dirty clothes were outweighing the cost of the laundrymat. When I began washing clothes by hand in the bathtub something had to be done. Now with my great washing machine and a delivery date for the install of a new microwave hood I am once again at rest. Thank Wyatt!! 🫧🧦 ⏲👩🏼🍳

I moved in these apartments in August. And I have been having problems since. When I first moved in before I even unpacked anything there were roaches everywhere the strip came right off, my wash and dryer smelled like mold and my counters were peeling. I noticed them and all they did was have maintenance come out and try and Re-glue the damaged floor strip and they had a guy come and paint my counter tops which didn’t fix the problem.

Hot tub always down(broken) more then it’s open, the pool fence is not locked(broken) has been since I’ve moved in and they are very aware of it and tell you everything you wanna hear and yet to this day still broke and out side people get in all the time in the summer , indoor basketball gym is in need of updating and repairs (bad) you’re a basketball player you’ll see it right away when you walk in there . sauna hadn’t been open or worked the last two years , the tanning bed is junk and of course is out of order , they say there’s dog restrictions on weight and size and type and I personally know 4 neighbors that have pitbulls and well over 100 pounds . The apartment homes look very nice in pictures and some during walk through then once you move in you will find all the cover ups done and electrical issues to water issues and remember what they say is NOT what they do. It’s all about getting you to sign on for a year and they got ya .. if your looking somewhere that has all the amenities and want them all to work not the place for you I think this place could have so much damn potential but it’s the people running it whether the management company or whoever only does just enough so the blind walking in the front door sign onto year .
