Just don’t. Qualification process was a nightmare. Got our application rejected initially because the woman working in the remote management company didn’t know how to do addition and misjudged our income. Now, the place I fought hard to move into doesn’t have sufficient parking. People wait hours on the side of the street waiting for someone to leave one of only perhaps 20 available spots for open parking. And your apartment comes with only one carport. Have fun fighting with your roommate for that one! Only option is to park illegally outside the neighborhood or park several blocks away - which I did - and got the benefit of being followed by a guy in a black SUV while I walked home. Called my roommate to pick me up off the street, afraid I was going to be on 9 o’clock news. I can deal with having to walk a block or two if I need to - but it’s not okay when you’re not in a safe area.

READ BEFORE MOVING HERE LAUNDRY ROOMS ARE ALWAYS DIRTY THEY CLEAN THEM ONCE A DAY ONLY ! Half of the washers don’t work and leave clothes dirty! Dryers don’t work and leave a black residue on clothes! PLAYGROUNDS ARE DIRTY ALWAYS! Bench areas and dirty GRILLS ARE DISGUSTING! Packed apartments! They’ll leave a response saying sorry this sorry that but nothing changes! You get one parking and will have to wait hours to see if anybody leaves to you could park in the front parkings! GARDENERS ARE HERE EVERY OTHER DAY! Making so much noise in the morning ! They have a bunch of useless workers that just walk around and give dirty looks! KIDS RUNNING UP AND DOWN POPPING FIREWORKS NEAR CARS ALARMS GO OFF CONSTANTLY! They came to fix our floors and put caulking to “fix it” cracked shower also just slapped some caulking on it! Worst place to live !

No parking !!!! Horrible service! Can’t wait to move out 2 room apts $2300!! Insane ! Gangs all around not a good place to have children’s
