My wife and I were in Japan in 2019 and the ramen there is simply indescribable. We have since tried numerous ramen places and all have disappointed severely except for this. This is the best ramen we’ve tried in the States to this point (and we’re still on the prowl for even better if one exists). We both ordered The Blaze Ramen w/ pork and it was delicious. Much better than we were anticipating. On top of that, we shared the Crispy Chicken Karaage which was fantastic and the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, which while not the best we’ve had (hey, it’s not strictly a sushi restaurant) was still VERY good. We’re happy to have tried it and if we are in the area again, we’ll be sure to stop by a second time.

Although our pork buns were served towards the end of us eating the main dish I still rate this 5 stars. It's a clean restaurant, the service are all professional and kind to everyone, they do get very busy at times and staff still maintains kindness. The food... I've only had that Blaze Ramen and pork buns each time I've been and they're both delicious 😋 When I'm in town I always make a trip over here.

Skip this branch, they skimp out on toppings. Gave them 3 chances. 1st and 2nd time missing chashu, 3rd time missing the broth. Last time... A chashu piece as small as the egg?!? This must be the F team of Silverlake... Cerritos branch is 10x better!!!!

The only negative that I can say about this place the price; it isn't cheap. But the food and service is top notch. The pork broth is rich without tasting fatty. The meats for the ramen are all tender and tasty. The fried chicken is great.
