We Love Pho II

4/28/2022, I came to this restaurant for dinner, why? Because it was from the opposite restaurant, Dale's Dinner. That restaurant has terrible service. The environment here is very good, and the owner is very enthusiastic. The food was served very fast, faster than the average Vietnamese restaurant. And most importantly, the price is fair, and there are large and small bowls to choose from. This gives customers more flexibility. What I came to eat today is the small bowl of signature noodles. The music is also relatively soft and gentle, not loud noises, which will make the guests feel better.

We’d driven by many times but never given this place a try. We ordered a half chicken and shrimp spring roll to go. When we got home, we realized it was a very small quarter chicken and our spring rolls had pork and shrimp even though the person taking the order confirmed shrimp only. Food was okay. People seemed nice. Would like to see more environmentally friendly packaging.

Was in the mood for soup, and when i Google'd "vegan pho", this was one of the spots that popped up. Reviews looked decent and it was close enough to order some pho to go. We got the Vegan pho with no noodles and veggie broth and the Chicken Pho . Both were tasty but the veggie one needed to be cooked a bit longer as the veggies were al dente to the max. .and my bestie said the chicken one could've been more tender. Thankfully since we ordered it ' to go', it was easy enough to pull out a pot and cook it longer. . But since if they required me to do dishes or had to give it four stars instead of five ,lol.

Pho was good, everything pho should be. Tasted great the works. Service felt rushed but i did enjoy the quick delivery of the food. My only thing on this place is that their large size is any other pho’s medium bowl, but still with the price of the large you’d get elsewhere. I’d get more bang for my buck elsewhere, but still would be back here if I’m in the area and not willing to travel. Also they’re menus need a good wipe down.. kinda sticky.
