Craft ramen does best here! Cannot go wrong with their popular tonkastu ramen! Comes with slabs of meat, noodles, seasoned egg, spinach and a piece of seaweed all in a delicious pork broth. Also have to try their mouth watering pork buns! With a savory sweet taste with pickled onions all cozied in a soft bun!

First time coming here and definitely not the last. I ordered the shoyu ramen and crispy rice with spicy tuna. The broth was rich and tasty. I’m not really into pork but they seasoned the meat so well it was savory and just melted in my mouth. The crispy rice (fried) with spicy tuna was delicious as well, think of it as sushi without the seaweed. The workers were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience with great food in a great city.

This is the Long Beach outlet of this Japanese ramen chain. They offer as soup bases a heavier pork broth; soy sauce broth and a vegan broth. All three are pretty good and the noodles are handmade. I had the tonkatsu pork broth ramen which had grilled pork belly slices and soy seasoned soft boiled egg. Perhaps the pork belly should be more flavorful and the soup less salty. Egg was quite good. Parking lot in the back is small so car pool if you can.

Place is a little small and there’s usually a wait, so I’d suggest joining the waitlist ahead of time. Other than that though, this is one of the best ramen places I’ve been to in a long time, try the Tonkotsu Ramen you won’t be disappointed, definitely becoming a return customer.

I just saw a party of six or eight and each one of them had a full size luggage. The staff welcomed them with open arms and had a section where all the luggages were parked.
Its takeout only. You order at the door and wait for your order. There is no more outside dining ar this time.
Its both, it like a little food court.
No, they only have tonkatsu (pork chasu) or vegan
It's usually the same menu daily as far as I can notice.
