Today my car got broken into in the Apex apartments and they smashed all of the windows. Horrible experience and could have been handled better by manager Melanie who did not have any empathy until I asked to email her higher up. My car had nothing in it to steal thank god but she immediately blamed it on me asking if I had anything in the car and said it never happened otherwise. The other reviews tell a different story. They should invest in cameras since clearly this in an issue in the apartments and affecting the safety of the residents.

Noise upstairs not being addressed properly. No security in parking garage. My car windows were broken and bike stolen from bike cage that had no lock on it (but it did when I moved in) Grills don't work (one burner works on one grill out of 4), TV's dont work in the gym, yoga, meeting, party room, sky deck. Gate in garage constantly broken. Entire parking garage is absolutely disgusting and hasn't ever been pressure cleaned. (Blu next door pressure washed qrtly). Palm trees around pool area have dead frawns for months now. Windows need cleaned, building needs painted. The septic odor that comes up from the drain in the kitchen is so horrendous. Cannot access mailroom 24/7 - needs a better plan in place for getting packages. Stairwells need cleaned as people leave items in them and they sit there for months. Too expensive and unsafe for the price.

A horrible experience staying at this apartment. Hallways smells horrible. Their maintenance is very poor. Management will look into any excuse in order NOT to pay your security deposit back at the end of your lease!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!
