The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are clean and inviting. The apartments are spacious and beautifully upgraded. Definitely at the top of my list!

This community is peaceful, friendly, safe, and well maintained. The staff are also very supportive and welcoming. It’s in a great area and is walking distance from a shopping center.

This is a fantastic place to live. I’ve lived here nearly a year and had nothing but an exceptional experience. If something needed a repair, I call the office. Someone is here at the appointed time, and the situation is remedied. Once in a while it might take two trips. But the workmen are always very professional, clean, kind. The office staff I’ve interacted with,Trinity, Yvonne Beth Olga, First and foremost are very kind. I’m treated like a human being, even though this is a larger complex, They listen to understand fully the situation. My family viewed this apartment for me as I was relocating from another state. They were blown away with how beautiful the complex is and how kind and accommodating the staff is. The complex is a lovely place to live. I enjoy walking around very much. And Yes they do make improvements to things that don’t work, like the mailboxes that others have mentioned. But we are always notified ahead of time. And of course, some things take a little longer to replace or fix. But this is an exception. I know this review is a little longer, but I wanted to give a feel for what it’s like to live here. Is it perfect?? no, not even living in your own home is perfect. But To have office staff, and maintenance staff, that care about everyone’s well-being, and the living condition is priceless. We’ve all just been through a lot this last year. I love driving in thru the beautiful front gate to my home, sitting on one of my two patios knowing that if issue comes up, it will not be a stressful thing. I get to come home and rest. And that is a lovely gift a living here. I hope this is helpful

Consider all things before you waste your hard earned money. We all need a roof over our heads, we all want safety and quality and even tho this is what seems to be promise by this company, my experience has been far from that. I rent a 2x2 "Luxury Unit" located in the second floor. A mom of two teenagers and two small dogs, my kids can't use the facilities due to multiple problems, like the pool always dirty and cold and have not been fixed in two years and my dogs not able to enjoy the dog park, due to dirty and unsafe situations, like the fence being to high for small dogs, even after being brought to there attention. There time frame and level of urgency is very low, as it takes weeks to get anything fixed. I have been waiting three years, since I moved to the appartment to get my tub fixed and still waiting after multiple times of me letting them know. at least the last staff, since they change staff constantly. The appliances in the "luxury Unit" are poor quality and small for the amount of people aloud in the unit. Our washer was broken and it took them 6 weeks to fix it, in the middle of a pandemic. The company also offer a "complementary" security service, even tho we never see them in the complex and our car was broken into, inside the complex an no one reported it. I only found out because a neighbor contacted me. Parking is a Nightmare. If you enjoy showers with out having to play constantly with the water temperature then don't bother, they have had pluming issues for the past two years. Things breaks and I don't expect things to be perfect, but I do expect the respect and appreciation I deserve as a renter (of a very high rent). in Five years the rent has gone up almost double and the quality of this place keeps getting worse. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
