Beware driver in Gilmanton has damaged over $10,000 by dropping a box I have everything on surveillance cameras. The driver also has a problem with entering residential homes so be careful if you have children. I do and I don't feel safe with this driver in the area

Customer service center? No. Brought in an item and I wanted to purchase a correct size box for my item to be returned. I walked in and the lady was anything but friendly. Told me we do not do that here. They are also open for 1 hour Monday- Friday. People who actually work do not have time to make those hours. Horrible service, horrible hours, horrible everything. Go with FedEx.

Not sure! The UPS driver that delivers to me over by the middle school is AMAZING! He delivers to the correct door (I have two) EVERYTIME and rings my doorbell when he delivers a package, he is polite and friendly. I've never had an issue with UPS, but others I have.

Yes, but right now they are only open for an hour or two at 4pm. There was a line when I went with only one person on. Just have to be patient.
