The service writer was excellent. He was very professional and courteous. My issue was that one of the services I asked, and paid, for was not performed. I noticed it was not done and was initially told I was wrong by the technician and then I proved it was not done. Once the technician knew he was caught he went back on his story. The service writer got my vehicle back in the shop and the service got performed. I have not yet reached out to the service manager, but I am confident that I will have a chance to be heard. I have had great experiences with this dealership in the past and am sure I will again when it is time for my next appointment.

Ed Withrow was pleasant and knowledgeable. It took four appointments to correct a check engine light due to multiple issues and parts ordering but all is well now. I can only give 4 stars because I found the tire pressures were set at 50 psi cold during the multi point inspection. I have since set them to the recommended 35 psi.

Day after and I don't have buyers regret. The car I bought is beautiful and equipped. Have to take it back to have a tow package installed. Met with the service manager. Very nice and accommodating. My salesperson, Arcadia was so nice and knowledgeable. Extremely helpful and cheery. I will be checking in with her to show me more on my car. So far, Irwins are a step above my previous experience with others. But, don't forget the little things. First time I went to fill up, I couldn't figure out how to get into the gas tank. Had to call Ford because the manual was wrong. I was a bit embarrassed. No one else could figure it out either. Turns out the door was frozen.

Once again, Jason at the reconditioning department has done a fantastic job detailing my car. I have brought several vehicles to him for full reconditioning and never have I been discontent with the results. If you are looking for someone who can get your vehicle looking like new again with great customer service, Jason is that person. I very highly recommend going to Irwin's for detailing!
