First let me say I amnot in the habit of complaining about services rendered. HK Powersports,Laconia. Brought my trike in for a inspection sticker. I am told I need new front tire. I understand. I need to pay for the tire to get it ordered ,$289. I understand. The following week. I get a call telling me the tire has been replaced. But the service tech says the mounting bracket for the front fender is broken. We discuss the issue and I say was it broken during the removal or replacement of the tire. The service advisor says "OH NO!". I keep pushing back. The service advisor speaks with his manager and they offer to replace the broken part at cost no labor. I agree. Additionally one of the directionals isnot operating properly. I authorize the repair. A week later I get a call saying the bike is ready. The new tire is mounted, the fender repair is made, the light is not fixed and no sticker. I feel they had taken a lost and wanted the trike out of their shop. Save yourself any frustration and stay away from HK Powersports. Very unprofessional. FYI a bad ground in the light. Easy fix.

what a great crew. I was looking to buy a new dirt bike, i was hoping for a new kx450 but not knowing anything about dirt bikes they got me dialed in on a new kx110l. I was hitting sweet jumps and doing wheelies around my apartment complex in no time at all! I'm def. looking forward to getting back up there so i can get a helmet and gloves so my mom stops yelling at me. SAFETY FIRST! Thanks again hk laconia your the best!

This was the best buying experience I've ever had the team at Hk power sport had my new 2022, kawasaki ninja 400 ready to pick up on Monday, after ordering it Friday, everything went smooth as pie, they are very experienced at what they do. I would, and will recommend them to all that I know..

Poor customer service. They would not sell a ski to a travel nurse working within their community because I ‘do not live here’…….I even offered additional money, purchasing 3 oil changes up front, ‘no go!’ Disaster speaking w Drew and her arbitrary screening process. I am just not use to this service in my industry. I’m glad I don’t have the practice of withholding service based on any of your demographics! Update: Offering to purchase additional services that guarantees my return is not a bribe. It’s a negotiation. She asked ‘where are you located?’ Not ‘where are you from?’ The owner’s response gives a clear reflection of the sales culture at this dealer. Beware of the stories that will change to reflect their needs in the future. Im certainly glad they didn’t accept my negotiation as offered. And by the way - more skis are coming. Yamaha made an adjustment down ONE time - but they are not getting cancelled ‘every day.’

I know they do inspections, but I'd suggest an appointment on any day. They are a busy shop, and will try to accommodate your needs!
