Hoon did a great job. I helped my girlfriend get into a new car and I was definitely a bit of a challenging customer but he handled it well and took great care, left feeling like we got a great deal and great customer service. My girlfriend is thrilled. When we were leaving, she was looking over all the new features for probably 10 minutes or so. Hoon noticed we hadn't left yet, so he came back out to make sure he answer any questions. That was a great touch. Great guy, extremely professional, clearly passionate about Hyundai and his job. Jess in the finance office was phenomenal as well. She's very easy going and personable. The paperwork went very easily and she made sure we were taken care of. Overall, it was a very easy and pleasant experience.
