Even after i spoke to the guy in the office letting him know i was kn my way and i arrived there before the office was supposed to be closed He left early! I seen him in the office but he had locked the door and ignored us. We evenpointed out that There was broken debris in the driveway for people to most definitely run over on their way to the storage unit and he had no interest in cleaning it up he just took off. Even tho i was treated so poorly by the guy that was working there tonight and have to stress all night about my belongings getting ripped off while i sleep. YOUR WELCOME FOR CLEANING UP ALL THE BROKEN PIECES OF Hard plastic and metal in the drive way Unlike you i couldnt just ignore it and let someone mess up there car like that

Just got a storage unit here. It's in a very convenient location for me. But in addition to that, it is not reasonable priced than others that I looked at. I even got a deal where the second month is free. They have a loading dock and carts to help push your heavy items to your unit. The staff is very friendly.

I have been storing items at AAA Quality Self Store now for 3 years. It is a great place to use as your store facility. Their prices are fair, the facility is very secure and the people who run the business are very nice. I recommend AAA Quality Self Store in Tustin.

I wish the M-F hours were more geared for those who work full time jobs. I experienced a scary incident where I was almost locked in the outside gated area because the key code wouldn't open the gate to let me out after hours. There should be some emergency security setting where you're able to contact a live person after hours ,through the keypad, to let you out when stuck inside. I was lucky that someone had an "after hours" code to let me out. With that said, the people working in the office have always been nice and helpful. I do like the fact that the storage units are inside the building.
