For accessibility, time spent with patient, and bedside manner I give him 5 stars. For sound clinical judgement I give him negative stars. I was harmed by a delay in treatment due to a misdiagnosis. Luckily, my job changed and I was able to get healthcare outside of Kaiser in which I was promptly and correctly diagnosed and treated. I still gave 3 stars because he is super nice and works within a system that puts a lot of restrictions on independent thought.
