So far so good! First time using a storage facility. Pretty easy setting it up online, but needed help once we physically found our unit. Thank goodness Scott, the manager, saw us and was ready to help. Super easy access once he showed us what to do. He’s on site from 9:30 to 6:00, which makes it nice there’s somebody available. Really clean space and clean facility. Love the app where we can open the gate for entry/leaving without exiting our vehicle. Thanks Scott for being so helpful and answering our questions! Super professional.

I can't say enough good things about the Manager of this location and the 5 star rating is for Scott. There is an issue I need help with and he jumped right in to assist with a resolution, I'm so looking forward to a great outcome. He really showed an interest that was kind, genuine and understanding! I even had trouble opening the storage door during my last visit and he was right there to help raise it. If more managers showed interest in their customers like Scott, communication & trust would be greatly improved! Looking forward to speaking with him soon, a sincere Thank you!
