Literally the worst. Can’t wait to move out in March. The parking is horrendous. If I park down the street in Santa Ana our cars are broken into multiple times. Cat converter was stolen. The apartment themselves are nice but there’s always trash and graffiti all over the complex. Lots of parties. I just really don’t have too many good things to say about this place.

Only thing id change about these apartments is the parking. The staff is super friendly and omg the maintenance team is absolutely wonderful German is so nice and professional, being a older complex its normal to have issues with the apartments, but they really do work hard.to fix any issues that come up .... Staff are very friendly. When I was interested in Tustin Parc Apartments, I was set up for a tour the very next day. Liked it so much that I filled out an application right then. Great amenities provided that was added feature to wanting to live here.

Well I just loved this community and it feels like home. I must start with Edwin, the manager of the community. He is an awesome person who will not let you be in problem for very long. He takes good care of the residents and goes extra mile to solve any problem they have. You'll come to know once you meet him that he is a problem solver. He always welcome you with a smile, which very few managers do. The Apartment we lived in had a patio, and all the required amenities like washer dryer and microwave. It was a very good experience living in this community. Also Sylvia in the management is very helpful. She takes good care of the residents. She even responded over weekends to my emails, which very rarely you can expect someone to do. This shows how supportive she is. Well do not think twice before renting this property. I am sure you'll feel at home. I loved Tustin Parc Apartments.
