These guys were very good at what they do. Got my truck out of a scary situation where it was close to tumbling down a ravine. They used the winch system to get my vehicle safely back on the road with absolutely no damage. Great job.

Brian helped us lift our trailer and boat today and I have to say I’ve NEVER reviewed a towing service but I have also never had such a good experience. We were so bummed about the trailer breaking but his positive attitude and empathy at the situation just made it all easier. He was so friendly and the man treated the job like he owned the company. Not just like good customer service but GREAT customer service. Thanks for the help Brian!

I had to get my car towed after an accident that was the other driver's fault. The insurance was challenging to work with, and Hillsboro Towing (specifically Mike) worked with me to charge the other Insurance instead of paying out of pocket. They always had excellent customer service and were patient when answering my questions. Thank you Hillsboro Towing for helping me navigate the confusing world of insurance and treating me like a human being rather than a statistic or case number.

I've used their service twice now and have had two very different experiences. This review reflects my most recent experience. During my first experience, their best quality was how easy it was to get a service ordered within the hour to the location my vehicle was stranded at. The tow service operator greeted me with a "I'm not going to help you push that car out of that spot. You will need to ask someone else to help you push that car out so that I can lay it on this flatbed." I have a Toyota Prius for context. I was thinking how odd that greeting was and just assumed that he had a bad back or that was their policy or something. The final total was also higher than what I was quoted for. The operator said this was due to needing to use the flat bed tow truck versus the traditional pull tow. This was only $20-30 more than I expected. Price wise I felt it was a fair deal and thought nothing of it. 2 weeks later, my car is still having issues and I'm planning a return trip to my mechanic. I call them prepared to pay for a flatbed and the familiar expectations. They were prompt, in fact so prompt I thought the tow service was for my neighbor. I was helped by James this time around. I noticed he had a flatbed as well this time around. He was noticeably way friendlier then my last operator and asked if he could try to jump start my car to try to save me some cash. I also learned that a flatbed tow truck was NOT necessary to tow my Toyota Prius and he just happened to be driving one during the call. In the end we were able to trick the Prius's computer system and I was able to shift my car into gear to get it to the auto shop. I ended up pay a fraction of the cost compared to last time and had an overall superb experience. James ended up even giving me a courtesy lift back to my residence. I rarely write reviews but I feel this experience bears mentioning. Experiences will greatly vary depending on who answers the service call. This time around, I felt happy and satisfied with the services rendered to me. Highly recommend. I hope you get James like I did and not the other unnamed guy.
