This is one of my absolute most favorite stores in the world (and my wife loves it too). We occasionally come here on Date Nights. I have always found the management to be fair and prudent and the staff friendly and helpful.

Why does every shopping experience at The Home Depot now turn into an utter, complete nightmare? Are we still blaming "supply-chain issues"? Spent $30 to aquire 13' of 5/8" clear vinyl tubing. $30!! I thought I bought 20' of 5/8" tubing, according to the box I pulled it from on the shelf. Got home and see that it's 10'. Take it back. And, guess what? They don't have 20'. So, I think I'm going to buy a 5/8 to 5/8 adapter and connect two tubes. But, guess what? They don't have the adapter. So, I think I'm going to buy a 5/8 to 1/2 adapter and buy 20' of 1/2" tubing. But, guess what? They don't have a 5/8 to 1/2 adapter. Turns out, they didn't have another 10' length of tubing anyway. So, I drove another 10 miles to a Lowe's store to get what I needed. So, ended up driving 40 miles, at $4.50 per gallon, to acquire 13' of tubing at $30 that should've only cost about $2 to begin with. Seems like every trip is just like this. Not sure how much more of it I can take.

I rented a trailer, sod cutter, and transit from Home Depot and it was overall a great experience. The sales specialist I worked with was named Ardell and he was very kind and encouraging (I’d never drove with a trailer before and was nervous). The only thing keeping it from five stars is that the transit I rented was missing a piece, so by the time it came to me trying to use it I couldn’t. They listened to me when I took it back, tested it themselves and refunded my deposit with no fuss. As a woman going into any home-improvement-type store, being belittled and mansplained is always a possibility and something to be cautious of, but throughout the whole interaction here I didn’t feel it once. Even though the transit didn’t work, I’ll still be going back to do other rentals because of the service I received! I think something they could do better (and probably all rental places could do better) is giving the customer a tutorial of how to use the tool — I feel like that would be a win-win for everybody involved.

I have never been so disrespect in my life. I thought home depot workers were supposed to be helpful, not rude!!! I went to go get paint and the worker there named Andrew was so rude to me. I will never come back to this home depot.
