The staff in this apartment are lack of communication. They don't reply emails, so I needed to follow up several times. When I emailed them with a question about the process of moving out, they don't reply my email, but there was an envelop with a paper of terminating the contract in front of my unit door. I guess they just put it outside. Poor communication! Also, their attitude is extremely cautious in a bad way. But the building itself is really new, beautiful, and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and quiet at night.

I have been living in this apartment complex for 3 years now and things have gone downhill significantly. 1. Resident parking is absolutely atrocious, even as a resident with a permit I often find myself circling the complex and having to park half a mile away from my apartment. 2. The guest parking is even worse. They have maybe 30 guest spots for the entire complex and have chipping away at those over the years. First they said that guests could no longer park in the 20 spot parking lot by the management office because they were "needed for the management office to conduct business" (I've never seen anyone go into that office that doesn't work there) And as of recently guests are only allowed to park in guest parking 15 TIMES FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR or else it will be towed (and they WILL tow). So if you have friends or a significant other you may want to hang out at their house instead. 3. COCKROACHES. We have been infested for months and can't get rid of them. We have kept our kitchen immaculately clean and have tried everything from roach traps to Windex to a full blown exterminator and nothing keeps those critters away. 4. This place is noisy, we face a children's playground and while I definitely want children to play outside and have fun it makes for a lot of noise. The walls are so paper thin I have heard my neighbors having very....passionate nights on multiple occasions. 5. Safety is mediocre, it's obviously not the worst place for crime but we are right off Harbor and there is no gates or security to seclude the complex from the public. My friend had his car broken into while parked in guest parking and had several items stolen. And my girlfriend has been sexually harassed several times while walking from guest parking to the apartment. I've gotten so worried for her that I will Uber her from the parking lot to try and avoid any further issues. 6. Management is extremely unresponsive. Unless it involves money in which case they will be on you like white on rice. I have emailed them numerous times for all of the issues listed above and have yet to ever receive a response. All in all this was my long winded way of saying I do NOT recommend living here and I will be looking to leave very soon. Hopefully they'll do better for the next resident but at this rate I seriously doubt it.

Visitor parking sucks and the leasing management will no cooperate with anything. Rent is reasonable but they try to tow guests as much as possible to make up for it. Not good if you are planning to have guests over more than 15 times a year

This place sucks! They made it impossible to rent. The first time I went there, they said that they didn't have any unit available (Angie). The second time, they requested no $500, but $1000 deposit, so I did, then comes the car thing. The cars needed to be under our name, and for that reason they couldn't give us the parking petmit after all back and forth. It was just ridiculous. Watch out for Angie, she is racist to say the least. The sad thing is that she is "latina." Ask for Josh, he is cool and willing to help you, unlike Angie.
