We had been stuck on a “45” minute flight for almost three hours. We were then diverted from DCA to Dulles. Then there was no one at Dulles airport to even get us to a gate. Finally we were allowed to disembark! We came screeching in to five guys after they had actually closed. They took pity on a group of us and fixed us food anyway! I can’t thank them enough! Koldyn (sorry if I misspelled), was wonderful for advocating for us with his manager. Thank all of you so much! You way above and beyond!

Breakfast sandwich was surprisingly great! The portion of bacon on it was generous, but I could have used less cheese. They’ll let you put any of the burger toppings on it — I recommend the grilled onion. On the pricey side for what you get, but I’m not sure if that’s due to this being an airport location.

I used to think that Five Guys had the best fries, until today. I was at Dulles International Airport and wanted to eat fries but when i received my order they are all to be way over cooked, some were almost black in color. I specifically decided to only order fries and banana shake . The fries were either cooked much too long, or they had previously been cooked and then put back in the fryer to reheat when a new order came in. It left a bad taste in my mouth, won't order again from five guys

Nice little sandwich place in the Dulles airport. Good veggie burger, nicely grilled onion and melted cheese with veggies. A small sandwich with big taste and lite on the pocket. With generally given fries one may not need two orders even if you are a family of four.
