Couldn't get straight answers for any questions i had from the desk. i was push off to contact a manager that wouldnt be available for 3 hours although a manager was on shift but was "on the floor and wouldnt come to the phone" I will be discontinuing my membership. Apparently it is useless.

For an event, we had some family in town. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and there was a breakfast offering. The GM was very helpful to us by assisting with a room for an older person in our group who has limited mobility. I appreciated that parking is free and you can walk to some restaurants and a Wegmans.

Residence Inn Dulles is our go to hotel of choice whenever we are in the area. Thiu and the other customer service rep (I think her name is Lisa) are both accommodating, personable, and hospitable. Both never hesitated to thoroughly address our questions and concerns. The rooms are well appointed and quiet - everything one could ask for while on vacation. As a Bonvoy member, attention to detail is important and the Residence Inn at 28 ensures that it goes above and beyond to tick every box. Keep up the good work and we look forward to staying with you again on November 2.
