Stayed here for a week in June. The front desk are all super hospitable, courteous and professional. The beds and pillows are very very comfy, I slept like a baby. Breakfast has decent hot food and made to order omelettes. Food staff usually seemed to be in a bad mood. Housekeeping needs to pay a bit more attention to detail. There were strands of hair in the shower and crumbs along the side of one of the beds where they didn’t vacuum. All in all the property is in good condition and front desk staff are all wonderful.

Room was comfortable and updated (unlike the last Embassy Suites we stayed at in Atlanta). Missed the evening reception and the morning breakfast due to our flight schedule, but the front desk clerk hooked us up with some pastries for the road anyways. Easy access to Dulles at a competitive price.

Would absolutely not recommend this hotel location. Embassy Suites is typically one you can expect consistency and quality from but not this location. The front desk assistant manager is very unfriendly and many people, including myself experienced a long wait time for a room to be ready after check in time. We also experienced unfortunate AC issues. I suggest staying at another hotel nearby and skipping this one.

Okay now this is a top location for ANYONE to go to. As a Hilton Diamond I stay only at the Best Hotels Hilton had to offer. This location, easy top 10 on best guest service. The gentleman named Sodd and the two front desk Managers wowed me as a guest. Great job! I will return as a loyal guest. Also, I didn't mean to not mention his name: Adell is a great Asst. Manager who took great care of me as well. I promise, if you need anything he will make it happen if he can. It seems like they don't know the word no or I can't. That's the quality you see at one of my favorite hotels in California called The Beverly. The quality is definitely here at this amazing hotel. Thank you for giving me 110%... Kevin the General manager called me to resolve a small problem and he wowed me as a loyal guest. Thank you for being amazing.
