Needed to swap out my SUV for a bigger vehicle. Gentleman at the front desk said unfortunately all vehicles were booked and I was not able to swap it out. Spoke to Isreal and he was able to get me a minivan. There was an issue with my contract and he was extremely patient and helped me get everything sorted out. Great customer service!

I have visited this Enterprise RAC several times and I have not ever been disappointed. The selection of vehicles at this location has been awesome! I have rented the following vehicles, BWM X3, BMW 740i, Jeep Wrangler, Infiniti QX80, and I have sat in the Maseratis, Porches, Range Rovers, Mercedes, etc. Each of the vehicles I have experienced have been super crazy clean and well maintained. More importantly, when something is wrong, the staff and associates are quick to address the problem. I strongly recommend this Enterprise RAC location near IAD for all of your vehicle rental needs. In my experience, I have been able to walk around the parking lot, choose the car I want and drive away; could not ask for more.

Awesome rates, great vehicle, great on gas and great staff in the Dulles Airport location! 😊 * Spoke with a (phone) agent to reserve a car, gave her my info but when I went to pick up the car there was no record that I'd spoken with her. * I needed to keep the car for 1 extra day. The (phone) agent advised that it'd be $75 for an additional day when I'd rented it for 3 days for only $146 😳 Yeah so I cancelled plans and took it back that day... Otherwise 2 thumbs up

I needed a car from the airport and all the other companies had scary reviews so I went with enterprise. Pick up was smooth, car was nice and clean, no hidden fees. Did and after hours return and had no issue. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Good over all experience.
