I have lived in the aspen place apartments for a year now and my landlord is amazing, she has went above and beyond to help me with my complaints on my upstairs neighbor and she is very attentive and listens to your concerns and is proactive. The only issues I have had here is my upstairs neighbor is very disrespectful and doesn’t care about others! And the maintenance isn’t great they try to blame you for everything, even wear and tear from an aging apartment, or after they say they fix something but don’t actually fix it so then you have the same issue as before and they blame you! Honestly my landlord is amazing, she is very proactive when people park in your spot , she’s good at communicating and always on top of things! The issues I have are with maintenance and a disrespectful neighbor other then that I’ve enjoyed living here it’s safe for kids, clean and the community itself is great!

I signed onto a lease and took over my boyfriends old roommates place, a few months after she left we were told we had to pay a $1400 debt that was from her and her old roommate. Neither of them had lived their for more than 5 months, I was not warned about this balance when signed onto the lease either. Thankfully OERAP paid the balance but during the months of waiting to hear back from OERAP we were given two 30 day notices because of the debt (that wasn’t ours). The day OEARAP finally paid my landlord we received another 30 day notice as a “tenancy termination”. They also did inspections and had insanely unreasonable write ups for us. Such as we could only have living plants on the porch and that under our bathroom sink was too dirty (it was a normal lived in bathroom and apartment). The apartment manager Heather Brown has also been very difficult to work with and is often unavailable when she should be. Living in this apartment has been the worst experience with terrible management.

Very happy with my stay here. Moved when I found a home but loved my cozy apartment at Aspen Ridge. The manager Michelle was very helpful and made the move-in and move-out process painless. The apartment was brand new and very clean. Great location in town. Loved having a washer and dryer tucked away in the hallway and extra storage outside as well. Also really liked the carpet color. The wood flooring was also easy to keep clean. Overall I’m satisfied with my experience at Aspen Ridge...great bang for your buck:)

Love this place! The office manager Michelle is amazing. She gets things done very quickly so you don't have to be stressed about it. She is very professional and so sweet. You couldn't ask for a better apt manager.
