The good: Friendly. Quick in and out. The bad: Insurance information given and asked multiple times to pay copay, which they didn’t take. They also didn’t bill my insurance for anything! Sent me a bill for almost $500 plus $72 for culture testing cost. Had to go through the hassle of rebilling!! Never heard from them after I left on my culture results. So I had to assume I was on the correct medicine. Not a checkup on if the antibiotics were working. Nothing,

When I walked in, I was very nervous because it was a new place and I haven't been before and wasn't sure how it worked. The staff and the doctor were so incredibly welcoming and kind. The nurse that checked me in offered me water and made sure I knew she was available for anything I needed while I was waiting for the doctor. The doctor was so patient, kind, genuine and thorough. She didn't make me feel like she was rushing me out of there. She took her time to have a conversation with me and was just such a breath of fresh air. She had great eye contact also when speaking with me. She made me feel like I was really being heard and helped. Typically when I have gone to urgent care in the past, there job is to get you in and out and on to the next, which i understand is their job, but I definitely did not feel that way here. Especially when you are sick and not feeling well, kindness goes such a long way. I will continue to go the this nova clinic and I plan on telling others how great of a place this is to go!
