Do not rent from here management who is Lindsey is incompetent and she will rip you off to the fullest she is unprofessional in every way and the apartments aren't worth the price

We lived at the Monarch apartments for 2 years and never had a negative experience! Joe and Cassie, the apartment managers, were very sweet, personable and accommodating. They were quick to fix any issues or even just have a friendly conversation with. I believe the negative reviews were given before the new managers came and renovated the apartments and made the complex overall more enjoyable in all aspects.

Happy Day

I was told in order to 'save' myself an apartment, I would need to put 200.00 deposit on an apartment. So I did. I found out 3 days later there were no apartments at all, the wait would be a year down the road. So I asked for my money back and was told they didn't have to give it back. So I contacted them every day and camped at their doorstep until I finally was able to get my money back. I am a poor person, I cannot afford to allow them to keep my money.
