I purchased a queen bed with a warranty a few years back. Ive called several times and spoke with store manager about a new bed due to my bed sinking in over the years. They gave me the run around and actually sent an email to corporate and cc'd myself over a year ago, but there was no response. Sleep city failed to honor my warranty and I won't be purchasing another bed from them. If you shop here I suggest that you get a warranty. Your just putting extra money in their pockets.
