I scheduled an appointment a week prior to coming in. There were two guys working on an overhead light when I showed up. they ended up telling me he left and will be back. After 20 minutes I was getting in my car to leave and he showed up. He came and talked to me as I was backing out to leave. He asked what I was there for and let him know. I ended up leaving because of the time I already waited and the time it was going to take to shuffle cars around to get mine on a lift. The shop is extremely cluttered close to hoarding level
