Hands down this is the best place to get your medical supplies! They always ship quickly & the customer service agents treat you like family. Living with type 1 diabetes isn't easy & dealing with insurance, cost ect. dosen't make it any easier. Everyone I've spoken to has been great, but one person impeticuler always goes above and beyond his job title to help.Thank You Eddie Brown for going the extra mile when you don't have to. You have been a Blessing to our family & an asset to this company.

I have been receiving medical supplies for type 1 diabetes for 15+ yrs. Typically with these companies if you have a problem with your insurance, shipping or verification of benefits you will get transferred around for an hour until you find someone that can only half way help you. This is not the case with Metroplex Medical Supply. Every single person I have talked to has been so kind and helpful to resolve any problems that may occur and I always receive my supplies on time!!

I'm a type 1 diabetic and use and depened on a wireless insulin pump device. Because of insurance changes I was told to use this company. To try and make a long story short, I started the process of getting supplies in June and didn't receive until August! Basically the first girl didn't make a proper file or case and what she did have was the wrong information of what I needed. She kept blaming my doctor' office or insurance company for documents needed. Come to find out she never even submitted to my insurance company. By the 4th person who took over (besides the manager the only other helpful and decent person I spoke with) it was finally submitted to my insurance company and the manager had to rush order my proper supplies. The professionalism is lacking to say the least. Everytime I reorder I'm put on speaker and can hear every other conversation in the place. This last order they didn't even process and ship until the next day, even though I called in the morning to give them plenty of time (I'm still waiting for my order over 30 hours later). They're inconsistent with their customer service and unreliable with expected delivery. One of the worst companies I've had to deal with for medical supplies.
